AITunes — AI Content Policy

1. About This Project

AITunes is a coding experiment built entirely with Claude Code (Anthropic's AI coding assistant) to explore what's possible with vibe coding. The site itself — backend, frontend, and infrastructure — was developed through AI-assisted programming. It is a non-commercial portfolio project, not a competing music platform.

2. Music Sources

All music on AITunes is AI-generated and originally created on Suno or Udio. These are the leading platforms for AI music creation and we encourage everyone to try them directly. AITunes simply provides a merged view for browsing a small selection of tracks from both platforms in one place — a tiny fraction of what is available. The original platforms offer a far richer experience for creating, managing, and sharing AI music.

3. Allowed Content

AI-generated music is allowed when it exists on Suno or Udio and you have the right to share the link. Tracks must comply with the originating platform's terms of service.

4. Not Allowed

Content that infringes copyright, privacy, trademarks, or contains unlawful or malicious material is not allowed. Misrepresenting content origin or submitting links to non-AI music is not permitted.

5. Transparency

Users must specify which AI tool was used (Suno or Udio). Every track on AITunes links directly to its original source page so listeners can find the creator and the full context on the original platform.

6. Enforcement

AITunes may remove content, limit accounts, or block repeated violations. Platform representatives from Suno or Udio may request removal of any content and we will comply promptly.
