AITunes — Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-03-22

1. What AITunes Is

AITunes is an experimental project and personal portfolio piece demonstrating what is possible with vibe coding using Claude Code. It provides a unified interface for discovering AI-generated music created on Suno and Udio. AITunes is not a music platform — it is a discovery and curation layer that links back to the original platforms where the music was created.

2. Relationship to Suno & Udio

AITunes is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Suno or Udio. All music featured on AITunes was originally created on those platforms by their users. We encourage everyone to visit suno.com and udio.com directly for the full experience — including creating your own AI music, managing playlists, following artists, and accessing features that AITunes does not replicate. AITunes exists solely to make it easier to browse music from both platforms in one place.

3. No Audio Hosting

AITunes does not host, store, copy, or redistribute any audio files or cover artwork. All media is streamed directly from the original platform infrastructure. Every track links back to its source page on Suno or Udio. If a track is removed from its original platform, it will no longer be playable on AITunes.

4. Takedown & Removal

If you are a rights holder or platform representative and want content removed from AITunes, contact us and we will act promptly. We respect the rights of creators and platforms and will remove any content upon reasonable request. Contact us at contact@aitunes.win.

5. Accounts & Authentication

You may log in via Discord, Spotify, or GitHub. We do not collect your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your third-party accounts used to authenticate.

6. User Submissions

Users may submit tracks by providing links to existing Suno or Udio pages. By submitting a link, you confirm that the track exists on one of these platforms and that you are not misrepresenting its origin. AITunes may remove any submission at its discretion.

7. Reports & Moderation

Users may report tracks for incorrect genre classification or other issues. AITunes may reject, hide, reclassify, or remove content at its discretion. Abuse of the report system may result in account restrictions.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AITunes is a non-commercial experimental project. We are not liable for the accuracy, availability, or legality of third-party content linked through the site. For the best and most complete experience with AI-generated music, use Suno and Udio directly.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
